SERIES 800 WOOD FIRED OVENS

 

BASIC UNIT

The BASIC UNIT includes the inner fire box, choke, door and chimney.

 

 

The fire box and choke are manufactured from a refractory material that is rated to withstand temperatures in excess of 1300°C.  To allow easy movement and assembly they are supplied as four sections. 

The weight of the individual sections are approximately: Part A = 40kg Part B = 50kg Part C = 50kg Part D = 45kg

When assembled the dimensions are:

External dimensions :-

• Width = 920 mm
• Depth = 1120 mm to front face
• Height = 470 mm

Internal dimensions are:-

• Width = 800 mm

The chimney is 900mm long, double skinned stainless steel and fitted with a cowelling.

The door is made of steel and fitted with two handles.

 

REFRACTORY FLOOR

The REFRACTORY FLOOR includes 16 refractory tiles and a 25 mm layer of calcium silicate sheeting.

 

REFRACTORY OUTER SKIN

The REFRACTORY OUTER SKIN fits over the basic unit to provide additional insulation and is supplied as two sections of refractory material that is rated to withstand temperatures in excess of 1300°C.  The weight of the individual sections are approximately:

• Part E = 65kg
• Part F = 65kg

When assembled the dimensions are:

External dimensions (when assembled) are:-

• Width = 1060 mm
• Depth =  1180 mm
• Height = 520 mm
• Height including chimney, base and stand = 2150

 

SUPPORT STAND:

External dimensions (with base) are:-

• Width = 1100 mm
• Depth = 1200 mm
• Height = 900 mm

 

COMPLETE UNIT:

The complete assembled unit occupies an area of  1220mm deep, 1120mm wide and 1430mm high (excluding chimney).
